"EQUIPPING GOD'S PEOPLE TO SERVE IN MINISTRY"
What a celebration! In June 2014 TGBI's Pastoral College celebration its 7th graduation. Seven men and nine women completed the three year program with six others who have only to make up a missed module in order to graduate.
It is July the 4th and the students are anxious to get through the next three weeks of School finishing their 5th module which is the half way point. For most of them this is the harvest season and they will be wanting to get back home and get their crops safely into storage.
September 5th marks the beginning of the two month module for TGBI's pastoral wives. The husbands will be taking care of their families (except for the babies) at home while their wives spend two months at school learning basic Bible and the skills and character that are needed to be a pastor's wife. Please be in prayer for these families as they prepare for the Lord's ministry.
Also be in prayer for teacher Samweli Chalula whose father passed away August 29th.
April 15 is the last day of the first module of the Pastoral College. Our students will be traveling home for their first break to do the ministries that they have been assigned. Please be in prayer for them as they go to meet the needs of their families and as they look for tuition to return to school in two months time. Pray also as TGBI recruits new students to join in the second module.
